Tom Brady Announces He's Returning To Buccaneers For 2022, Un-Retiring

Well, that didn't last long.

  • Forty days after announcing his retirement, Tom Brady is pulling a U-turn and returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his 23rd season in the NFL.
  • In a post on Twitter Sunday night, Brady wrote: "These past two months I've realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But, it's not now."
  • Brady then added, "Unfinished business LFG."
  • Brady spent the last two seasons in Tampa following 20 years with the New England Patriots.
  • Brady has won 7 Super Bowls, 5 Super Bowl MVPs, 3 NFL MVPs, made 15 Pro Bowls, and owns a ridiculous list of NFL records (including wins by a starting quarterback and the only player to beat all 32 NFL teams) ... what "unfinished business" does he have?
