Suspect In Capitol Bomb Threat Identified, In Custody

The suspect behind Thursday's bomb threat near the U.S. Capitol is in custody. And Capitol Police have identified the man as 49-year-old Floyd Roseberry of North Carolina.

On Thursday morning, Roseberry parked a black pickup truck outside the Library of Congress and claimed to have a bomb, prompting evacuations in the area. He reportedly posted video to Facebook in which he holds a suspicious-looking canister while talking about 'revolution'.

Roseberry eventually surrendered to police, and was arrested without incident on Thursday afternoon.

Police have not yet confirmed whether the canister was a real explosive device or not.
