Little Girl Opens Lemonade Stand to Fund Her Own Surgeries

A seven-year-old Alabama girl has taken the phrase "when life gives you lemons" to new heights to save her own life.

Liza Scott has raised more than $200,000 just from opening a lemonade stand inside of her mother's bakery to help fund her upcoming brain surgeries.

Liza has three brain malformations, which have been causing seizures, and has been hustling to be able to cover the costs.

Her mother, Elizabeth is a single mother and says that even after buying additional insurance to help pay for the surgeries, travel and hotel costs make up almost $10,000 in out-of-pocket expenses.

After her story went viral, Liza's fundraising has skyrocketed and if you'd like to donate click HERE.
