LOS ANGELES (CNS) - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County was unchanged today, remaining at $3.227, one day after rising one-tenth of a cent.
The average price is six-tenths of a cent more than a week ago and 4.6 cents higher than one month ago but 44.4 cents less than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It has decreased 38.8 cents since the start of the year.
The Orange County average price dropped one-tenth of a cent to $3.203, one day after rising one-tenth of a cent. It is one-tenth of a cent more than one week ago and 3.8 cents higher than one month ago but 44 cents less than one year ago. It has decreased 34.2 cents since the start of the year.
