ABC's Ryan Burrow on the Wisconsin Protests Sparked Over a Police Shooting

Overnight protests erupted in Wisconsin after video appears to show police shooting a Black man in the back.

The video begins with the man walking around an SUV on Sunday afternoon in Kenosha as police yell at him.

When the man opens the driver-side door of the SUV, an officer grabs the man's shirt and appears to shoot him several times in the back.

The man identified as Jacob Blake was taken to the hospital and is listed in serious condition.

As word of the shooting spread, protesters gathered outside police headquarters and numerous cars were set on fire.

ABC News correspondent Ryan Burrow joins Bill live from Kenosha with the latest.
