School Welcomes Therapy Dog to Help Reduce Stress Among Students

The LaBrae Local School District located in Leavittsburg, Ohio has a new furry friend around to help ease stress and reduce anxiety among students.

Odin, a 12 week old Sheepadoodle puppy from Statesville, North Carolina's Training Canines program, has already had a positive effect on students he meets in hallways or even during counseling sessions, according to CBS reports.

It is the Training Canines hope that Odin will continue to bring happiness wherever he goes, but also that therapy dogs' extraordinary impact will help the organization expand its program so that more dogs can continue to make a positive difference.
