Catholic School Bans Harry Potter Because Pastor Thinks Spells are Real

Unfortunately for students at one Nashville Catholic school, the "Harry Potter" series will be gone from their shelves.

Was it a magic spell that caused them to disappear? Maybe some Dementors took them away to add to their joy sucking abilities?

Nope...it was all because of a pastor at the school who believes the spells and curses in the books are real and can conjure evil spirits and demons.

Reverend Dan Reehil from Nashville's St. Edward Catholic School says he knows this because he spoke to exorcists in Rome and in the US.

The local Catholic Diocese says that Reehil gets the final say at the school, though she can't confirm that the books are or aren't still on the shelves.
