A video was sent to us this weekend after a group of residents attempted to clean up filth left behind by vagrants in North Beach. But while they were there trying to survey the situation, they were assaulted by the same people they were trying to help.
In the video below, you can see the homeless woman become openly hostile right before assaulting the citizen.
The man has pressed charges against her, but when will the vagrant attacks finally end?
