California Senators React To Trump, FBI Voting Question

California's Senators are reacting to a report that President Trump asked the acting FBI Director who he voted for in the 2016 election.  Senator Dianne Feinstein said she never heard of anything like this before and thinks it is "inappropriate."  Senator Kamala Harris echoed what Senator Feinstein said, saying "it's absolutely essential that the American public has confidence in the integrity of the FBI."

The Washington Post reports that President Trump asked FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe who he voted for in a May 2017 Oval Office meeting, after Trump fired James Comey.  McCabe was serving as acting director after the firing of former director James Comey.  The White House and FBI declined to comment to the "Washington Post" on the report.]
