#TerrorInTheSkies: Don't Drink The Coffee & An Irish Throwdown

So, you think you're a flying expert?

Ha!  Think again.

A flight attendant recently did interview and she spilled all the secrets about flying.

First, let's start with one of Gary's favorite things.

Coffee.

Do not drink it.

It probably has E. coli.

She said, "We recently had a test for E. coli in our water, and it didn't pass, and then maintenance came on and hit a couple buttons and it passed.  So avoid any hot water or tea."

Tired of turning your phone off or putting it into airplane mode?

Don't worry, both are totally unnecessary.

"Nobody turns off their phones.  I don't, even...  No one cares." she said.

She explained that it is just one of those rules that they are trained to enforce that nobody really cares about.

Fancy yourself a love guru?  Want to join the mile high club?

Do it when the flight attendants are handing out refreshments.

She explained, "Wait for service, when the attendants are all in the aisle.  Everyone's busy and has a job at that point, and I don't care what's going on behind me then. There could be 10 people in the bathroom and I wouldn't be aware of it."

An Irish woman was removed from a Ryanair flight after screaming at passengers and flight attendants, as well attacking a male passenger.

The flight was forced to land in Spain while on its way to Dublin.

The woman and her husband, who did not attempt to stop his wife, are now facing a fine.

One traveler talked about the incident:

"I've never seen anything like it in my life.  This woman must have been absolutely drunk when she got the plane - I can't even believe they let her on in the first place... The woman then got worse and started screaming 'you're a devil, don't look at me' at the poor air stewardess.  Her husband was just sat there the whole time not doing anything to stop her or calm her down like you think he would do."
