A former Marine is being accused of a terror plot that involved funneling people onto a San Francisco pier and then shooting them with an assault rifle. A federal grand jury indicted 26-year-old Everitt Aaron Jameson on terror charges yesterday, and he'll be arraigned today.
Jameson allegedly shared his terror plans with undercover FBI agents last month, which involved making bombs at a campground in the mountains. Authorities say he planned to use the bombs in an attack on San Francisco's Pier 39, where he was said to be planning a mass shooting on Christmas Day.
