Harvey Weinstein may not be charged with a crime in Los Angeles. High level investigators with an elite squad within the Los Angeles Police Department say they are having a hard time coming up with hard evidence. Dozens of women has come forward claiming Weinstein has sexually harassed or assaulted them.
TMZ says most of the problems are coming from the she-said-he-said side of the investigations. Weinstein is also under investigation in Beverly Hills, New York City and London and it's unclear how those investigations are going.
