An unnamed female rock radio and TV personality is suing KISS bassist and restaurant owner Gene Simmons for sexual misconduct. The unnamed personality said the incident happened while she was interviewing Simmons during the grand opening of the newest branch of his Rock and Brew Restaurant chain. Rancho Cucamonga attorney Willie Williams says it happened November 1st in a "green room" waiting room at the San Manuel Indian Bingo Casino in San Bernardino.
Williams says Simmons made sexually suggestive comments, repeatedly tried to grab her hand and even placed her hand on his knee. The lawyer says the interview ended after Simmons "forcibly flicked" her in the throat. Williams filed a lawsuit yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court. Simmons did not comment immediately.
