A Roman Catholic priest's bond is set at $1 million for sexually assaulting a resident of a developmental center south of Chicago.

The Illinois State Police arrested Rev. Richard Jacklin on allegations that he assaulted a resident at the Shapiro Developmental Center in Kankakee.

Kankakee County State's Attorney Jim Rowe told a judge that a nurse walked in on Jacklin performing a sex act on a 39-year-old man. The victim has been a patient at Shapiro since 2010, he's paralyzed and has an intellectual disability.

65-year-old Jacklin was charged with criminal sexual assault by force and sexual misconduct on a person with a disability.

According to the Diocese of Joliet, Jacklin was ordained in June 2, 1984 and had been assigned to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Goodrich since 2005.

Who knows what other disgusting things old Rev. Richard Jacklin was up to before he got caught. Creepy ol' Rev. Dick Jacklin...*shudders*

Lock this guy up forever!
