27-year-old Marco Leon stole more than 100 phones and is charged with one count of receiving stolen property and seven counts of misdemeanor grand theft.

Leon was released from county jail on May 7th on $10,000 bail and was supposed to have a felony settlement conference yesterday.
But he couldn't be there, on account of being in federal custody.
