A report says that Harvey Weinstein was secretly indicted on rape charges in Los Angeles is expected to be made public today.
Weinstein is currently serving a 23-year sentence for rape and criminal sex act at a correctional facility in New York.
In California, he is charged with 11 counts of rape, sexual battery, among other charges stemming from allegations by five women.
If convicted on those charges he will face 140 years to life in prison.
Weinstein’s lawyers are expected to ask for another delay of the extradition on Monday due to Weinstein’s declining health.
