Vegas Snow Day!

It was a beautiful snowy morning in Las Vegas.

The only thing that wasn't beautiful was the horrendous traffic trying to get back to Los Angeles after a fun President's Day Weekend.

Snow began falling around 9:00 p.m. Sunday, the first it's happened since 2008 and the strip filled with people stumbling around in the cold with surprised looks on their faces.

As dawn emerged, roads remained icy and the 15 Freeway shut down in both directions for several hours due to multiple collisions related to black ice.

Even more snow is expected for Las Vegas later in the week so if you are heading that way anytime soon plan accordingly and bring a sled!
