There was a meteor that flew over the Michigan sky, complete with a flash of light and a loud boom.
Many were confused and thought the disruption was a thunder clap but the National Weather Service for Detroit said it was a meteor.
The meteor was strong enough to cause a 2.0 earthquake in the city and many said it felt as though something struck their homes.
