Uber CEO argues with driver

Apparently, Uber CEO Travis Kalanick has realized he's kind of an a**hole.

After Bloomberg posted a video of him arguing with a driver over fares, (provided to them by the driver who had a dashcam who claims he turned it over to raise awareness of the 'plight of Uber drivers') he penned a email to his staff apologizing to them and the driver and admitting that he might need a little 'leadership help.'

The email read in part:

“To say that I am ashamed is an extreme understatement. My job as your leader is to lead…and that starts with behaving in a way that makes us all proud. That is not what I did, and it cannot be explained away. It’s clear this video is a reflection of me—and the criticism we’ve received is a stark reminder that I must fundamentally change as a leader and grow up. This is the first time I’ve been willing to admit that I need leadership help and I intend to get it.”

It all started in February, when Kalanick took a black car, the high-end service of Uber.

Driver, Fawzi Kamel, showed up to drive him and the two got into a conversation that turned heated after Kamel said that Kalanick was making life difficult for Uber drivers like him.

You can see how it all went in the video.
